Precision Hair Manufacturing & Process Oversight
Operating under ISO 9001, skilled technicians cold-bleach and ammonia-free dye hair to preserve silkiness, then hand-make keratin bonds, tape tabs or reinforced wefts to calibrated dimensions; adhesion and tensile strength are machine tested, while QC experts sample each wash, process, style and pack phase to secure absolute uniformity.
Final Quality Assurance & Performance Testing
Before release, extensions survive a simulated six-month durability cycle of brushing, washing and heat styling, followed by color-fastness, sunlight and shampoo trials; products are REACH & FDA screened for heavy metals and formaldehyde, and finally inspected strand-by-strand for length, texture and overall finish, ensuring only flawless sets reach B2B partners.
