These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your business relationship with KallyHair (“we,” “us,” “our”), a wholesale supplier of human hair extensions based in Qingdao, Shandong, China. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Orders

All products listed on our website are available for wholesale purchase. Product descriptions, colors, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur due to the nature of human hair products.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) starts at 10 bundles for most products. Custom labeling and private label services are available with applicable minimums.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our website are for reference only and may change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in your quotation. We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other payment methods as agreed.

Custom orders typically require a 30-50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due prior to shipping.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other express carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Standard production time is 7-15 business days, depending on order complexity and customization.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their destination country.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of human hair products, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Hair must not be washed, colored, cut, or installed
  • Notification of issues must be made within 7 days of receipt
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable

5. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all products are 100% virgin human hair as described. If you receive a product that does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of KallyHair and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

For private label clients, you will own the rights to your custom branding and packaging designs once full payment is received.

7. Limitation of Liability

KallyHair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
