About Hand-Tied Weft Hair Extensions
A hand-tied weft is a strip of hair in which the strands are knotted by hand along the top edge. The hair is tied into a series of binding points rather than stitched in a continuous line.
This produces a very thin, flexible and discreet edge — but it also means the weft must be cut at its binding points; cutting between them releases the hair.
